Mother's Day Project!

Here is the Mother's Day project I did for Suzanne... I don't have the pictures from my mom's yet, so when I do I will post those as well:) It was a lot of fun!

I bought this box at Robert's.

It comes with the chipboard inserts on the chain. You just have to cover them:)

I used the Bella Bleu DSP. It looks nothing like the catalog shows it as! It's one of my favorites!

On the front of the first piece I put the title and on the back is the timeline of how our family was established. I started with Brian & Suzanne's wedding, followed by all the births of their children, and on to mine & Ty's marriage and then ended with Hunter's birth. Then on the remaining pieces on each front is each member of the family's picture & name, and on the back of theirs is words they wrote to Suzanne:)

This was kinda time consuming, but a wonderful production in the end! Totally worth it:)

May Stamp Club!

Hey Ladies! Stamp club is this Thursday, the 14th at Brenda's House. Her address is 840 Windsor Lane in Kaysville. She lives right down the street from Suzanne. The time is 7:00 pm. See everyone there.

The cards are really easy to make. The scrapbook pages will take just a little longer. You will need to bring the following with you to club: Papers in the colors you would like, ribbon to match, eyelets for the "Dad" card, a button or some sort of hardware for the "I Love You Dad" card, brads for the flower centers, chip board flower (large) for the scrapebook page, blender pens, markers, stamp pads, ribbon and embellishments for the graduation cards, scallop circle punch, and 1 3/8 circle punch. (Brenda and Sarah have the two punches but if you have them, it would be great if you would bring to share). All stamps shown will be provided.
Please comment or reply to email, so Brenda can know how many to expect! Thanks. Hope to see everyone there!

A few projects by Crystal:)

An invitation I made for my cousin's bridal shower.
A super simple project my lil' cub scouts made for their mother's day gift. The cup is filled with beans, but another cute idea is candy like jelly beans or skittles. On the back of each flower they wrote reasons why they love their mom.
